Why will Item # 306-X7900 not fit 2021 ram 2500/3500 trucks. I really like where this hitch sits? Thanks

Ram 2500 and 3500 trucks had a redesign/model refresh starting in the 2019 model year, which is why that one won't fit. There is an EcoHitch front mounted hitch for the 2021 Ram 2500 though, which is the following:
