Will a Low Profile Tool Box Work With Access Roll Up Tonneau Cover?

Will the UWS Secure Lock Low Profile Toolbox work with the Access Brand roll up tonneau cover? Worried about being able to open camlock latched to open lid.

The design of the UWS Secure Lock Low Profile Truck Bed Toolbox # UWS07730 will make it difficult to open and latch closed with an Access Toolbox Edition Soft, Roll-Up Tonneau Cover # A61409. This type of cover sits 1-1/2" above the bed rails which is nearly as tall as the 2" the toolbox will sit. You would want to use a toolbox which sits higher in your bed like the UWS # UWS07649.
