I read that the Kats Handi-Heat Magnum will turn off at a certain temperature… will it turn back on when the temp s?

After shutting off when it gets too hot, yes, the Kat's Heaters Handi-Heat Magnetic Heater w/ Thermostat # KH1155 will indeed turn back on.
