Does the Replacement Plastic Dome Assembly Include the Foam Gasket

Does the hood include the foam gasket or can you just buy the gasket?

On the replacement plastic dome assembly, # BVA0502-03, the foam gasket is included. I have included a picture showing it. The foam is not really a gasket, it is a strip of foam adhered to the dome. You can see in the picture where the two ends of the strip come together. The foam is not available by itself.
