The best way to clean a heated drinking water hose like the Camco RV Heated Drinking Water Hose # CAM22900 is to use a mild vinegar/water solution. If it were me I would take a 5 gallon bucket with maybe half a gallon or so of white vinegar, then fill the rest of the bucket with water. I would then fully submerge the hose for several hours, then flush it very thoroughly with clean water. This should take care of any bacteria or other build-up inside the hose and keep it safe to use for drinking water.
