Question:

Instructions for this wiring harness say to use a fish wire to feed drivers side tail light connecter from below the tail light, routing behing the bumper cover plastic trim, exiting below the exterior of the driver side frame. My question is... how are the wires for drivers side tail light routed from the control module which instructions indicate should be secured in rear of trunk/drivers side, to the drivers tail light connector located outside the trunk up high at the drivers side tail light area, as instructions indicate to do? I see no issue feeding wire to passenger side tail light as instructions detail. Please advise ASAP, Thank you!!

The instructions for the Curt trailer wiring harness part # C97CR are a little unclear but basically the box does not get mounted inside the vehicle and instead mounts behind the bumper which you can see pointed out in step 7.
