Sometimes I just with my Jeep doors removed. Should I still install that door kit? It is a 2018 JK Wrangler

Yes, if you plan on installing the Aries ActionTrac Motorized Running Boards # AA73DQ and removing the doors at all from your 2018 Jeep JK Wrangler then you need to install the Door Delete Kit # AA3020000.
You'll connect the tee wiring that goes to these push buttons when you remove the doors, and the disconnect the tees for the push buttons when you reinstall the doors so everything functions normally when you open and close the doors.
