The Erickson Hide-A-Hook Truck or Trailer Anchors # EM09094 are 3-9/16" long and 2-1/8" tall. They are not custom fitted so we cannot say for sure if they will be an exact fit for the truck bed post holes on your 1971 Chevy truck. The only way to know for sure will be to take some measurements and compare. I have attached the diagram below for your reference.
