Yes, you can so long as your 2024 Jeep Wrangler 4xe is not a Rubicon. The Curt Front Hitch item # C31086 is custom fit and bolts to your Jeep with included hardware. It has a 2" receiver that gives you a 3,500 lbs towing capacity and a 350 lbs vertical load limit/tongue weight.
