Will this tent work on my ladder rack.

Yep, it is possible to use a ladder rack to mount the Thule Basin Rooftop Tent and Cargo Box # TH32VY.
It depends on the size of your rack's crossbars, however; the tent fits crossbars up to 3.25" wide and 1.5" tall, or if you have a Thule TracRac there is an adapter you can use, the Ladder Rack Adapter Kit for Thule Basin, Basin Wedge, and Tepui Rooftop Tents # THXADAPT14.
