I need an surge brake accuator for a 3500 lb trailer with a 2 inch frame

Trailer surge brake actuators aren't something that are made for 2 inch channels/frames, I'm sorry to say. So what you would have to do is have spacers welded on your frame to widen it to use an actuator for a 3 inch tongue like the Dexter Zinc-Plated Brake Actuator - Disc # T47457007K or Drum # T43397007K.
I know it's not the easiest solution in the world but for that size frame it's really the only available option.
