We do have an Aries nerf bar kit for your 1982 Chevy K10 4WD regular cab with the 8' bed. The kit you will need is the # AA204041-2. This is made specifically for the 4WD 8' bed models and they will fit the C10 and K10 models.

The # AA204037-2 that you mentioned are made for the 2WD 6.5' bed models.
