Are There Spacers That Can be Removed on Charging Station DG61023VP

Question:
This looks similar to the charging center in my camper, except for on this one, the USB and cigarette ports stand proud of the faceplate. It looks like there are spacersinch on the ports. Can these spacers be removed so that the ports can sit flush?
