Can the heated hose be ran over by vehicles? I have to run mine across a dirt road that isn’t used very often but does have some traffic

Driving over the Camco RV Heated Drinking Water Hose for Cold Weather # CAM22900 could damage the heating element so I would avoid sitting it in an area where it could be driven over.
