I have a solution for you but the Swagman Exo Aero part # S65145 will not fit the Overland Vehicle Systems Discovery Rack you have. Instead you'd want to go with a carrier that can attach to the T-slots on top of the load bars of your rack like with the Lockrack carrier part # LR88FR.
