There unfortunately isn't a guide to tell us which color the brake light switch wire is for your 2020 Ford F-550 so you can either reach out to Ford to determine it or you'll have to test for it. To test for it you'll need a circuit tester like part # PTW2993. You'll prick into the wire and then depress the brake pedal to see if the wire gains power only when the pedal is depressed. You'll have to test each wire until you find it.
