Recommended Replacement Keys for Older Sears X-Cargo Box W/ 28906 Key

Question:
I bought a rooftop cargo carrier second hand at a yard sale. It didn’t have any keys for the locks or unbolts to harness to the roof rack. I’ve noticed the numbers on the locks are 2806,and can’t seem to find any other info on it. Can I get keys to these locks? The carrier has 2 locks.

It sounds like it might be an older Sears X-Cargo box, which would mean that it has Thule lock cores. If that's the case, then you'd just need the Replacement Key for Thule and SportRack Racks and Carriers # THKEYN2806.
