I have a 2007 fleetwood mallard and it has a ac unit model # 8333c8665 , the mounting plate has holes spaced 12 1/4 inches apart ! what unit can I purchase that will fit with zero modifications and that works with my wiring and fits in my 14×14 hole

From what I could find using the 8333c8665 part number, it comes back to a Coleman Mach 3 air conditioner. As long as that is the case, you can use the Furrion Chill HE Replacement RV Air Conditioner for Coleman Setup # FR42PV as a replacement.
