Can Extang E-Series Tonneau Cover Fit Truck that Has Bed Rail Covers and Spray Bed Liner

I have a 2018 Ram 1500 Quad Cab with 6-1/2foot bed with plastic covered bed rail tops and spray on bed liner and have 2 questions: 1 Will the cover fit? 2 The plastic that covers the top of the bed rails extends down in the bed even with the bed steel there is no lip where one material extends beyond the other. In that case, would it still be necessary to cut a notch of the plastic out to clamp on the steel on both sides, or can the cover clamp both the plastic material and bed steel material? Thank you,

Yes, the Extang E-Series Tonneau part # EX27UV does fit trucks that have spray-in bed liners and bed rail covers. The cover brackets can clamp to your bed rails without requiring trimming the cover as well.
