There's a possibility the Mounting Bracket for Buyers Products 24-LED Portable Beacon Light # 3373029961 will work for your Averoe 1164 light, however this mounting bracket is really only meant to be used with the Battery Operated LED Beacon Light w/ Switch # 337SL475A.

That being said, the light this is meant to work with measures 5" H x 4" W, and your Aevoe 1164 light measures 1.875" H x 4.25" W, so if anything it'd be about a 1/4" too wide, but it still might be good enough for you.

Honestly that mounting bracket probably isn't your best option. If I were you I'd fabricate my own since all you're needing is a little flat mounting space. You'll probably end up saving some money this way, and it'd be guaranteed to work.
