Replacement Lippert Power Gear Motor # 1510000042

Question:
I have a 2011 Holiday Rambler Endeavor whit 5 slides drivers side big slide out lippert motor is gone I think its a 1510000042 but Im not sure its has 2 plugs and double shalf 1 side with 3/4 inch nut I think its the override. Do you have this replacement parts?
