I am looking for a kingpin for a 40 ft toy hauler Fleetwood formula 2009 do you have one that will fit or a universal kingpin that will fit that I can purchase

If you're wanting to only replace the king pin you'll need to measure the bolster plate hole and use a weld-on king pin like part # 337KP20050. This specific part has a 3" bolster hole diameter. As long as the bolster hole is large enough for the replacement and the pin box is still in good condition then you can have a qualified welder weld the new king pin on.
If you'd prefer to just replace the entire pin box then we'll need to first determine the bolt pattern for your current pin box. This can be done two ways; the first by looking up the pattern using the RPO # and Serial numbers listed on the white pin box tag (pictured below). The other way is to measure the pin box using the attached guide below to determine the bolt pattern.
