Yes, the BAKFlip MX4 Hard Tonneau Cover # BAK48427 (6' bed) and # BAK48426 (5' bed) are both compatible with the Thule TracRac SR sliding ladder racks, but Thule unfortunately does not currently have a compatible fit for your 2018 Toyota Tacoma.
Adarac however does have a fit that will work along with the MX4 cover that's able to slide with their Pro Series line. For a 5' bed you'll need part # A76ZR and for a 6' bed you'll need part # A26ZR.
