Does Curt Front Mount Hitch Fit 2000 or 2001 Toyota Tacoma

Question:
I have a 2000 Toyota Tacoma 4 x 4. Will this front hitch [#C31013] fit the frame width. If the bolt holes dont line up, then Ill weld it on. The truck is a 5-spd. Please I just need to to know if the frame width works. Your guide says it wont fit a 2000, but will fit a 2001? Thanks for the help God bless!
