For your 2001 Ford F-350 Cab and Chassis I recommend the B&W Turnoverball # BWGNRK1500. This is a 30K rated gooseneck hitch, which is designed for cab and chassis trucks like yours. Installation will require some modification and welding. Since it is a cab and chassis we do not offer a custom fit gooseneck kit.
