Will stuff in by bed be secure when I lock the tailgate on my truck and this cover is closed? I have a 2024 Silverado 2500 and the 6 and 3/4 foot bed.

Yes, the stuff in your 2024 Chevy Silverado 2500 short truck bed will be locked if your tailgate is locked since the only way to open the Leer Soft Tonneau Cover # LE38VR is with the latches on the inside.

If security is what you're after then I do recommend considering a hard tonneau cover. This soft cover will keep prying eyes out, but it can fairly easily be cut open with a sharp object if someone is really wanting to get at something in your truck bed.
