Hello, I am planning to buy a large Yakama Offgrid with Thule WingBar Edge Crossbars # TH56FE and Edge Raised Rail Feet for Thule Edge Crossbars # TH69SC I drive a 2023 Kia telluride, xpro, elevated rails. I have real height issues in my garage but love the yakama roof basket. Please let me know if I am making a mistake.

If you don't have at least 10" from the top of your Telluride's rails or want to park it outside, while the basket is attached, you may be making a mistake. The Yakima OffGrid item # Y07138 you were looking at is 7" tall. That's just the basket, no cargo in it.
The roof rack you referenced, which I have listed below, sits between 2"-2-1/2" above your flush mounted rails.
