Yes, it will. I checked with Airlift and the LoadLifter 5000 Ultimate Air Helper Springs item # AL88213 will work with your AWD 2022 Ford Transit T350 cargo van. It will work with 2022 T350's so long as it doesn't have dual rear wheels, is a E-Transit, 350HD, or cutaway.
This system offers a 5,000 lbs load leveling capacity. It includes all necessary hardware to complete the installation.
I recommend adding the Air Lift WirelessONE Compressor System item # AL25980 to your van. This single path onboard compressor will allow you to adjust the PSI in your air bags from your phone.
