The Yakima RidgeBack Bike Rack # Y02457 has a 40 lb per-bike weight capacity so it cannot carry a 60 lb electric bike. the capacity is per individual bike as opposed to a combined capacity. There are no hanging racks that are able to carry that heavy a bike so you'll need a platform rack, and I recommend checking out the Swagman Current Bike Rack # S64678.
The Current # S64678 has a 60 lb per-bike capacity and is the most budget-friendly option for a rack with the capacity you need.
