Does Curt Hitch for 2023 Hyundai Santa Fe Fit with Full Size Spare

Question:
I have a 2023 Hyundai Santa Fe Calligraphy AWD Turbo 2.5L. The vehicle came without any spare tire or even the cable mount tire holder for a spare just an emergency kit so I purchased the factory tire holder and installed it under the vehicle and then bought a full size wheel and tire which fits under the vehicle just fine. What I want to know is whether I can also install the Curt tow hitch C34ER or will the spare be in the way?
