To add a ladder rack to your 2023 Ford Maverick, I recommend the Yakima OutPost HD Overland Truck Bed Rack item # Y01152-57. The Yakima ladder rack system has a no drill installation and a 500 lbs capacity. The system attaches to the side of your bed rails using screw down clamps like you would use to attach a camper shell. Each upright is held on by two.
