Question:

In regards to the - Adarac Pro Series Custom Truck Bed Ladder Rack # A36ZR And - Access Lorado Soft, Roll-Up Tonneau Cover # A38VR Are they both easy/quick to install and uninstall? How much weights can your put on the toneau cover? My goal is to put a canoe on top of the ladder rack and a hobie 12foot kayak on the bed cover while storing fishing gear underneath the cover. For the kayak I would also use a truck bed extender from the hitch. Thanks.

As you are looking to carry a kayak on your tonneau cover you will need to look at the Lomax Hard Tonneau Cover # A95FR instead of the Access Lorado Soft, Roll-Up Tonneau Cover # A38VR. The Access cover is not rated for any weight as the poles are only to hold the shape for the tonneau cover fabric and cannot support any weight. The Lomax is the correct cover for your 5' bed on your 2023 Ford Ranger and can support up to 400lbs. It will pair nicely with the Adarac Pro Series Custom Truck Bed Ladder Rack # A36ZR as it also has a matte black finish.

The Lomax is very easy to remove at it requires no tools to remove the cover and the rails can stay in place. For the Adarac cover you will need to remove 2 bolts from each upright to remove the towers and leave the rails in place.
