what are the wire labels for the 118727 4 pole wires? I am wiring to a USCAR 56229 7-wire connector no reverse lights or power brakes

On the 4-way of the T-One Vehicle Wiring Harness with 4-Pole Flat Trailer Connector # 118727 are the green is right turn and brakes, the yellow is left turn and brakes, the brown is tail lights and the white is ground.
