What are the parts I need from Thule brand for bare roof rack for 2023 Rav4 LE. I just want a rack system that clamps to the door frame.

There currently is not a roof rack system from Thule confirmed to fit your 2023 Toyota Rav4 LE with naked roof. We do have a roof rack system from Rhino Rack that fits and has the clamp style you are wanting.
