Does the 2013 Scion xB Roof Rack by Inno Have Pads That Protect the Roof/Paint

Naked roof 2013 Scion xB I need these square bars, and tower’s because I have older Thule accessories. Simple question is do these come with,or can I add stick on pads along the roof where the clamping bars connect? I would like to protect the paint under the stress of the clamps.
