How Does TracRac SR Ladder Rack Attach to Truck Bed without Stake Pockets

Question:
I have a 2004 toyota tacoma extra cab with a 6 foot bed. How would this rack attach to my bed? this truck does not have any holes on the top of the bed.

I checked with Thule and to install the Track Rack SR Cantilever Extension part # TH43001XT-600EX you will need to drill into the truck bed rails since you do not have stake pockets. In the included instructions this is covered on page 6.
