What is the Capacity of the Malone Runway Spare Tire Bike Rack for 3 Bikes?

Question:
33lbs per bike for 3 bikes is 99lbs so can it hold just 2 bikes over 33? 35 and 43. or is it only rated per bike not a total weight limit?

The Malone Runway Spare Tire Bike Rack for 3 Bikes item # MPG2148 has a 33 lbs per bike capacity. Even if you only use two you'll need to keep them at or below 33 lbs.
