I have Jensen TV in my RV with NO sound? Can it be reset, fixed or must I buy a new TV?

The only thing you can try to do to fix your Jensen TV with no sound is unplugging it for a few minutes to try and do a hard reset and then plug it back in.

If that doesn't fix the problem and it isn't still under warranty, then you'll need to replace it with something like the Jensen LED # JE5515.
