The Stealth Hitches Hidden Rack Receiver # SH94VR, which is a fit for a 2007 to 2013 BMW 3 Series Convertible (excluding the M3), will weight a little over 42 pounds and ships in a box measuring 41" x 12" x 8".

As a side note, this unit cannot be used for towing and is only designed to be used with a bike rack or cargo carrier and things of that sort. If you plan on towing at any point, you will need the # SH78VR. This has the same fitment for your vehicle, but includes a wiring and ball mount kit needed for towing. Due to this having a few more parts, it will ship in two boxes. The first being the same 42 pound box previously mentioned as well as a smaller box weighing a little over 21 pounds that measures 21" x 15" x 5".
