I checked with Westin who makes the Sportsman Grille Guard and there actually are no kits available that are going to fit your 2001 Dodge Ram 2500.
Aries does make a grille guard, the Aries Grille Guard # AA5042 that looks really similar to the Westin Sportsman that I recommend checking out.
The Replacement Installation Hardware for Aries Grille Guard # AABRKT-5042 is available and will fit your vehicle, however this hardware was designed for the Aries Grille Guard so there is no guarantee that it'll work with your Sportsman.
You're likely going to have to either get rid of your current grille guard and get a different one, or if you're pretty handy you can try and retrofit the mounting hardware yourself.
