It sounds like the Dexter Trailer Axle Beam # 8327860 is going to be the closest to what you are looking for. This is a 7,000LB underslung trailer axle with a 4" drop. The hub face measurement is the same 95" with a spring center of 79-1/4". You can have new Spring Seats # TRSS300 welded in place at the 78" measurement.
We also have the above axle with electric brakes and hubs # 8327860-EB if you need them as well.
