Is there a backup manual lockout option in addition to the electronic solenoid? I.e. does it have a backup key?

No, there is no backup lockout key with the Dexter Hydraulic Brake Actuator w/ Drop and Electric Lockout - Disc - Zinc - 2-5/16" Ball - 20K # T4854120. There is not a similar option available that does have that.
