The Lippert 198641 has been discontinued for some time now so finding any replacement parts is going to mean getting them secondhand with no guarantee they're actually going to work. This means the best option would be to completely replace the stabilizer with one like the Lippert High-Speed Power Stabilizer Jack # LC298707.
This stabilizer is meant to only extend until it touches the ground and is not meant for lifting/leveling at all. If you'd prefer a system that can also handle a bit of leveling for your trailer then you'll want the Ultra-Fab Power Twin II Electric Stabilizer with Dual Motors # UF39-941705 instead.
