Question:

I used to have a Thule square bar system but recently purchased a wing bar Evo rack for a different car. Are there any adapters for mounting a bike rack,... that I got for the square bar system onto the wing bar system?

There is an a adapter # 1500050552 that was designed to allow you to mount the now discontinued Thule ProRide Roof Mounted Bike Rack to Thule's SquareBars however with this rack being NLA I don't see the benefit of using it.

Instead, what I recommend you do is use the Thule UpRide Roof Bike Rack - Wheel Mount - Clamp On or Channel Mount # TH599000 which can be mounted on both your WingBars as well as your SquareBars without the need for an adapter.

This bike rack will clamp onto your bars and will allow you to mount one 44-lbs bike that has a maximum tire width of 3" and a maximum wheelbase of 48".
