Are the Wheels ST205/75R14 Radial Trailer Tire with 14 Aluminum Wheel # KE87JR Entirely Aluminum?

Question:

Hello, Are these wheels all aluminum? Including the black areas? Im looking for wheels for a saltwater trailer that are cost effective, Im not planning on keeping the boat much longer, but want them to look nice, and will last with the saltwater for me and the future owner. Is there another wheel that would be better perhaps less than this one? Wheel or Wheel and Tire, either works for me. 14inch wheel, 5 lugs Thank you

The only part of the wheel included with the Karrier ST205/75R14 Radial Trailer Tire with 14" Aluminum Wheel # KE87JR which is not aluminum is the steel inserts on the wheel lug openings. These steel inserts help prevent the opening from wearing down or elongating. The rest of the wheel is all aluminum.
