How thick a rack bracket can I install between the tonneau rails and the truck bed?

The only rail system that will fit with the Access Vanish Soft, Roll-Up Tonneau Cover # A94ZW on your 2022 Ford Maverick are the TS Rails # TH25FR. These are designed for covers with clamps to secure to the truck bed and are really the only solution for a lot of the standard truck bed tonneau covers we see.
If you want a full ladder rack then you need part # TX76NV instead which includes the TS Rails as well as the uprights and crossbars needed to complete the ladder rack kit.
