The Inno Gravity Ski and Snowboard Carrier # INA951 fits crossbars that are between 1" and 3-1/2" wide and between 7/8" and 1-3/8" tall. This will be round, square, aero, elliptical, and most factory crossbars.
From what I could find on the OEM crossbars for your 2016 Lexus GX460, it looks like the OEM crossbars will be within those specifications. Meaning, you can use the Inno Gravity Ski and Snowboard Carrier # INA951.
If you want further verification, you can measure the width and height of your crossbars to ensure they are within those ranges. Because of the flat design of the crossbars, you will also want to ensure that you have at least 2-1/8" from the bottom of the crossbar to the roof of your GX460 for proper clearance.
