Looking at the Rocky Mount racks for bikes with a front fender. Dou you have any of the mono rail style that will work

By MonoRail style, I assume you are referring to a wheel-mounted bike rack, and there is an option from RockyMounts that is wheel-mounted, and works with front fenders. The rack is the following part number:

- RockyMounts HighNoon FC Bike Rack for 3 Bikes # RKY74MR

The HighNoon # RKY74MR will work with bikes that have front fenders because the arm has a strap on it that will go around the tire and attach back on the arm, so the arm doesn't actually touch the fender.

This is the only bike rack with that ability, so fenders won't be an issue; the rack also works with bikes that have tires up to 5 inches wide, and even has locks for both your bikes and the rack to keep your properly safe.
