We had some previous 2012 Dutchman Voltage 3950 owners say they have a Lippert 1621 pin box on their toy hauler. I recommend verifying this information to be sure. Based on that and your GVWR of 19,000 lbs the Gen-Y Hitch Shock Absorbing 5th Wheel to Gooseneck Pin Box # GY66FR is what you need.

If you aren't sure how to identify your pin box, start by looking for a sticker on it with the pin box number. If the sticker is worn or missing, you may also be able to contact the manufacturer with your VIN number to find this information. If all else fails you can measure the bolt pattern.
