How do you install this replacement ring? Does it just snap into the retaining clips ?

To install the Replacement Ring # 195-000122, you will need to place the chair on its back so you have access to the ring. Then you will remove the screws, which will release the pre-existing ring. Now you can replace with the new ring, and then replace the screws.
